Cancellation Policy

My business is by appointment only.

If you NEED to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please do so as soon as possible, but you can do it WITHOUT PENALTY up to 12 hours before the appointment through your appointment confirmation, or by calling or texting my business phone number: 865-397-5227. 

If AN EMERGENCY ARISES within 12 hours of your appointment, please call or text the business phone number 865-397-5227 TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE. 

HOWEVER, a “No Show” or “Non-Emergency“ cancellation within 12 hours of a scheduled appointment has CONSEQUENCES. SPECIFICALLY, I would need to collect payment in full for any future appointment you make. 

PLEASE FOLLOW THESE SIMPLE GUIDELINES. 

WHEN CLIENTS DON’T SHOW UP FOR A SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT, it is disrespectful to me as a small business person, AND also to other clients who may have missed the opportunity to get the time and treatment they wanted or needed.
